We are looking for a dynamic and driven Hunting Sales Consultant to join our team.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers in the SMB (Small to Medium Business) space. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Introduce our product and service offerings to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
This is a target-based role that will requires you to achieve individual activity targets (such as number of phone calls) as well as monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a hunting sales role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
