Getting Started

How do I open an account?

You do not need a credit facility to make purchases – you can pay online using your credit or debit card on Introstat Shop. You can also create a profile by clicking on “My Account” and following the registration steps.

Opening a 30-day terms account

To open a 30-day account for your company, contact us at info@introstat.co.za or call 011 723 7555. Applications are subject to standard credit terms and approval.

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, then click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to confirm your order, select shipping, and make payment.

Does Introstat sell software?

Yes, we sell software ranging from Microsoft products to other business solutions.

Does Introstat sell IT hardware?

Yes! Shop at IntrostatShop.co.za. We sell laptops, keyboards, gaming equipment, and more.

Enterprise services

Our enterprise division can cater to any business requirement. We advise on servers, hardware, and IT solutions tailored to your needs.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Go to “My Account” > “Lost your password?” Enter your email/username and click “Reset Password.” A link will be emailed to create a new password. Contact info@introstat.co.za if not received within 24 hours.

Payment Methods

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay online using your credit or debit card on Introstat Shop. We also accept EFT and cash on delivery (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Polokwane only, orders under R1,500 – contact us to arrange).

How quickly should I make payment?

To secure stock, pay within 24 hours. Credit card payments are instant. Orders unpaid after 7 days will be cancelled.

Do you offer a credit facility?

Yes, a 30-day credit facility is available for businesses. Contact a consultant to open an account; terms and approval apply.

Collection, Exchanges & Returns

Can I collect directly from Introstat?

Yes, from our Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, or Polokwane branches. You’ll be notified when your stock is ready. For urgent collections, contact us.

Returning a faulty product

Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days: Report faulty products within 7 days to info@introstat.co.za. We guide you through the DOA process with the manufacturer.
In-warranty claims: Warranties are manufacturer-supported. We assist with claims, including collection and delivery to the service centre.

Note: Policies cover device failure only, not wear-and-tear, water damage, negligence, or alterations. Full returns policy: here.
