Introstat has a dedicated IT service department, known as Introserve.
Whether you have purchased a product through Introstat or not, this service is available for all printers and computers.
As an HP Platinum authorized service partner, Introstat is authorized to do in and out of warranty repairs on all HP commercial printers. We are also an authorized service partner for Samsung meaning we can repair all Samsung printers and laptops that are in or out of warranty.
All our IT technicians undergo rigorous certification training to be able to maintain our authorized service partner status, so you can rest assured that our service engineers have the right skills and qualifications to repair your products.
We are all about convenience and have two service offerings:
Onsite Service
- Next Business Day Onsite Service – A skilled technician will respond to the service request (within a 50km radius) within one business day.
Onsite Call Out Rate: R300 + Hourly Onsite Labour Rate per Device: R300 = Standard Next Business Day Onsite Service Rate: R600 excluding VAT.
Carry-in Service
- Workshop Labour – A skilled technician will assess your device in the workshop. Standard Workshop Labour Service Rate per Device: R340 excluding VAT.
You can either bring in the printer/laptop or request to be quoted on collection & delivery of the device. However, Please note: That once the unit has been assessed in our workshop and quoted and you would like to decline the quote there will still be an assessment fee of R289 excluding VAT that will need to be settled before the unrepaired device can be Collected/Delivered.
