You build a strong pipeline, win new customers, and consistently deliver solutions that fit—because you understand what the customer actually needs.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

• Hunt and win new business through consistent prospecting, pipeline building, and consultative engagements.
• Diagnose customer needs and craft tailored IT and print solutions that solve real business challenges.
• Build strong decision-maker relationships and drive opportunities from first meeting to close.
• Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets with disciplined activity management.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

• Proven sales and business development success, with a track record of hitting targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A consultative selling approach (discovery-led, value-based, solution mapping).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Exposure to Managed IT Services and/or printing solutions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Requirements: Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally (own reliable vehicle required).
