Main Purpose of the job  

You are required to reach your Monthly target in revenue by proposing the Enterprise product/services catalogue to existing and new customers.  This catalogue will include Networking, Storage, Servers, Software and converged network consolidation.

 

 

Task No Task STANDARDS Measurement Criteria
1. Achieve Monthly Target You will be required to achieve your monthly gross profit target as defined in your target schedule. Monthly sales results.
2. Cold Calling  

You will be required to make 12 new customer calls per day

3. Customer Engagements You are required to schedule at least 10 new customer appointments per week, consulting with customers in offering various solutions. (Within the scope of the customer’s business requirements and aligned with solutions offered by Introstat).

4. Post Meeting Minutes You will be required to prepare and complete a post meeting minutes, on email, on what was discussed with action plans. Please ensure you cc’ the sales manager on each minutes sent to the customer. Post Meetings Folder

5. Customer Service and Account management Should you be provided with an existing base, you will manage, analyze and grow these accounts. You will be required to retain these customers on a long term partnership.

6. To understand company product range and services You are required to fully understand companies value proposition, product range and services. Furthermore you will be required to attend mandatory training to develop relevant knowledge and skills on Servers, Storage and Networking products.

7. Maximizer CRM You are required to Validate, Manage and maintain Maximizer Database information as well as load all opportunities on the company CRM system. These opportunities need to be kept updated at all times. It is expected that your pipeline reflects at least three times your target.

8. Financing You will be required to facilitate all financing in accordance with approved finance houses and in accordance with company procedures where applicable. Finance Approval and payment lead time.
9. Extended warranty and SLA agreements Must include extended warranties where possible and encourage clients to enter into Service level agreements. You are required to sign at least 1 Service Level agreement per month. Account reviews
10. Monthly KPI Sessions You will be required to attend monthly KPI sessions where measurement of personal performance is discussed with action plans put in place KPI Sessions
11. Quotes and Proposals You will be required to follow the company product pricing policies and guidelines. All quotes and contracts will need to be signed off by the sales manager. All quotes, orders, applicable proposals and Finance approvals need to be forwarded to sales coordinator so that order may be processed.

12. Presentation You will be required to present yourself and the company in a very professional manner. Any documentation being sent on behalf of the company needs to be in line with company proposition and standards of which needs to be approved by management. No unapproved presentations

13. Internal Procedures You will be required to adhere to the internal procedures in regards to Account Opening, outstanding debtors and all other processes that directly involve the management of your customer internally. No Outstanding Debt
