Telesales Consultant

We are looking to fill the position of a Telesales Consultant. The role of the position is to contact new business in SMB (Small, Medium Businesses) with selling of the Introstat brand and products. This is a target based position that will require that the individual to achieve monthly sales targets and conduct a minimum number of customer contacts per day.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Matric is essential
  • Minimum sales experience of 3 years is required

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Must achieve monthly sales target – 100% achievement
    • Must make daily telephone calls, minimum of 60 quality calls per day
    • Grow customer database
    • Update and manage database, you will be required to find own prospect leads and or clients
    • Promote monthly specials, ensuring targets are met
    • The sales consultant will be extensively trained and will be required to attend all training and must become product literate.

    IT Consumable Sales Consultant

    External Government / Corporate Sales Representative in an IT industry.

    We are looking for Sales representatives that enjoys the Hunting of sales process and the finding of new business to grow their customer base. A person that is continuously looking to increasing sales by prospecting new potential customers must meet the below:

  • Corporate Account Manager
  • Ability to analyze active customer base, segmentations, industry type, sales areas, sales reports and sales activities
  • Manage CRM to ensure their customers details are updated and correct
  • Identify potential target areas, target markets and industry types
  • Work hand-in-hand with customers to create and maintain a win-win relationships with new and current customers
  • Functional skills with broad based business knowledge, to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • To manage customer expectations and customer experience
  • To showcase the value proposition to customer, to narrow the gap between the customer’s expectation and customer’s experience
